How Does Co-active Coaching work?

Executive Coaching, Management Coaching, and Leadership Coaching are each based on a one-on-one relationship. Coaching sessions are conducted either in person or over the telephone. The length of engagement varies with the goals and intent of the client. Each coaching proposal is customized, due to the unique nature of each clients needs. Some clients require one hour per week face-to-face, with email and phone support; others require a weekly half-hour meeting on the phone, with occasional face-to-face sessions. Others (including distant and international clients) meet only by phone. In each case, the Co-Active Coaching commitment begins with a two-hour Intake Session, where, together with Geoff, you design the coaching relationship to suit you, and we review your values, goals, and life vision.

Geoff’s coaching relationships are always strictly confidential – he runs Business Insight’s Coaching Service in strict accordance with the Code of Ethics of The International Coach Federation & The Coaches Training Institute.
